This is not a rush or a guarantee. Your order will be shipped by the method you select as soon as is is ready.
Custom Stamps generally take 7-10 business days to process.

We can do any of the Return Address Styles as a PRE-INK Mount.
For a $10.00 additional Rush Fee, we can ship your order in 2-3 business days. Order will be shipped by the method you select when you check out.
This option is ONLY AVAILABLE for PRE-INK MOUNTS.

Return/Exchange Policy:
CUSTOM STAMP ORDERS:
Orders for custom made or special order items cannot be returned or cancelled. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. If custom stamp is made as entered, then we are not responsible for any typographical errors. Errors must be reported to us within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for correction.
STOCK MERCHANDISE
Return of unused stock merchandise (non-custom items) must be made within 30 days of receipt. Customer sales slip required for return/exchange. All returned unused merchandise is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Sale items are All Sales Final.
YOU MUST CONTACT US for a MRA# (Merchandise Return Authorization) before returning any item. 763-263-6646 (M-F 10-5pm CST) or info@stampin.com.
No returns will be accepted without an MRA# on the shipping label.

Returned Check Fee $25.00.

DELIVERY TIME: Usual delivery time is 5-10 business days.
RUSH SERVICE is not available on Custom Stamps.
After your stamp has been produced (allow 5-10 business days) it will ship by the method you select when checking out.
** CHOOSING UPS Next Day Air OR UPS 2nd Day Air does not mean your order will ship in 1-2 days.
There is still a processing time of 5-10 business days.

We do not backorder. Refunds will be issued for out of stock items.
We process orders promptly - shipments of stock items are made within 5 business days - this time may vary due to seasonal business.
